Warranty and Returns Policy
Cloud Based Solutions Ltd offer a full 12 month ‘return to base’ warranty on all products (excluding consumable products e.g. batteries, tapes, ink cartridges).
For an additional £5 per telephone, we are offering an “extended 24 month return to base warranty” on all our Refurbished System Telephones, which will give you a total warranty of 36 months for extra peace of mind.
The warranty commences from the date of arrival with the customer. Please note that should an item require replacing within this 12 month period, the warranty does not restart with a further year. The warranty period is still deemed to have begun with the arrival of the original item.
In the case of new products, if the manufacturer offers a different warranty period, or different terms, the manufacturer’s warranty will take precedence
Manufacturers may offer an extended warranty period to customers who purchase new products. Cloud Based Solutions will take no further part in arranging such warranties and the customer must take any issues to the manufacturers directly. Full details on each individual item can be obtained upon request by the customer to Cloud Based Solutions.
Any misuse, wear & tear or abuse of goods by the customer will invalidate the warranty.
Except in pre-arranged circumstances, Cloud Based Solutions warranty is not valid outside the United Kingdom.
Should the goods prove not to be faulty after examination and testing in our workshop, then return postage will be payable by the customer.
Cloud Based Solutions reserves the right to repair replace or credit faulty items at its discretion.
Advance replacement goods will only be despatched with the agreement of a company director and in which case the above condition will apply.
Your statutory rights are not affected. 14 day return
If you change your mind or are unhappy with your order, you can return them within 14 days of delivery. All goods must be returned in the same state and condition that they were delivered. For a refund, all the original packaging as well as any documentation, must be returned in a resalable condition, or you may be subject to a restocking fee (up to a maximum of 25%). Packaging and posting costs are not refunded unless the goods are found to be faulty.
Products must not be returned to Cloud Based Solutions without an authorised returns number. Please email email@example.com for a returns number. You may also contact us on 0207 553 4488. Mon-Fri 10.00am – 4.00pm if you need to discuss your return. Any products returned without an authorised returns number will not be accepted by our warehouse. The cost of the return of the products to Cloud Based Solutions is to be borne by the customers unless otherwise arranged in advance.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safe return of goods to the company. The returns address for all items is: Cloud Based Solutions, Internet Returns, 169 High Street, Barnet, EN5 5SU.
Please make sure parcels are adequately protected for transportation as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods in transit being sent to us by a third party. Do not write on or use tape directly on the actual goods’ packaging as this will regrettably incur a repackaging fee.
